What are the capsules made from?

All A-Lab capsules are made of HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), a derivative of cellulose from wood pulp

What are the contraindications of A-Lab products?

A-Lab products are not indicated for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or children.

I’m vegetarian, can I take A-Lab products?

All A-Lab solutions are suitable for vegetarians.

Can I open the capsules?

Opening the capsules does not affect the effectiveness of the products. In the event of difficulty swallowing, the capsules can be opened and poured into a glass of water or a small amount of food.

At what point in the day should I take the capsules ?

See the back of the bottle for advice on when to take the supplements. If no indication is provided, the product may be taken at any point in the day, at a time when you are least likely to forget.

How long should my course of treatment last?

The recommended supplementation period is indicated on the bottle. However, you may repeat the course during the year if the need persists.

Can I combine several A-Lab products?

Can I increase the recommended dosage on the bottle?

The dosage indicated on the bottle has proven to be most effective and best tolerated based on the scientific literature. So, we do not recommend you take more than the number of doses or the number of capsules per dose indicated on the bottle.

Where are A-Lab products made?

Do A-Lab products contain gluten or lactose?
