Magnesium Liposomal

63 capsules

Description

Magnesium is an essential micronutrient involved in more than 300 enzyme reactions in the body. However, according to the SU.VI.MAX study, more than 70% of the French population is magnesium-deficient

For the A-LAB liposomal magnesium solution, the formula has been designed for optimal intake, combining a liposomal matrix and the custom-developed LCA-BioScience® complex with taurine and vitamins B6 and D3 to encourage absorption and magnesium activation

Properties of Magnesium

Energy metabolisms and ATP production

Magnesium is an activator of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the primary storage and energy transfer molecule in cells. Its presence helps make ATP biologically active by forming the Mg-ATP complex. It is also a co-factor in ATP production

Muscle and nervous function

The Mg²⁺ structure encourages the active transport of ions through cellular membranes, including the transport of calcium (Ca²⁺). This ionic regulation helps transmit nerve impulses and allow muscle contraction. Magnesium blocks excitatory calcium channels, thus minimising the harmful effects of excitotoxicity

Reactions / enzyme activation

Magnesium is a co-factor for various enzymes involved in metabolic reactions. It plays a role in more than 300 enzyme reactions

Formation and stability of nucleic acids

In DNA and RNA, magnesium stabilises the double helix structure by neutralising the negative charges in phosphate groups. It thus promotes bonds between the nucleotides, and replication, transduction and translation of genetic information

Magnesium

The two electrons in its outer shell are essential to its chemical interactions, leading to the formation of Mg²+ ions when it transfers these electrons. The chemical structure of magnesium – Mg²+ cation – is essential for enzyme reactions and ionic transport in the human body, playing a role in the metabolism and cell regulation

Magnesium is a chemical element belonging to the alkaline earth metals group in the Periodic Table

Even if essential, an isolated nutrient cannot complete a physiological process alone. For this reason, we are strengthening all of our formulas with a specific activation complex delivering the biomolecules it needs to function effectively
